Jeff is an incredible Realtor®. I say this as a fact, you are costing yourself money by not hiring him. Firstly, he has a strong opinion on house value in purchases and sales which was very valuable. He surprised me by wanting to list the house by approximately 10% higher than the other Realtor® we interviewed. We took Jeff’s advice and the house was pending in half the time he believed it would take to sell. Secondly, we faced many issues with the buyer in the inspection and he calmly fixed each one of them. He seems to have an expert within a call away at any time on any issue and they jump into action due to Jeff’s strong relationships, experience, and loyalty.
